Our PoliciesPayment options:Anna V Jewelry accepts Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard. I also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Please make payments to Anna V Jewelry. Mail to Anna V Jewelry, P.O. Box 270287, San Diego, CA. 92198. If you choose to pay with a money order or cashiers check you will not use the normal checkout cart. Use the "contact us". Fill out all contact information requested and state the item or items that you wish to purchase, and then you will be contacted regarding payment due and order confirmation. Thank you. Please note all items will ship after payment has cleared. Sales Tax: California customers will be charged 7.75% sales tax. Shipping: Shipping and handling is free and is limited to the United States. Jewelry will arrive to you in individual jewelry boxes. Care instructions will be included. Orders will be shipped within 2 days of cleared payment. Packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class, at my discretion. All orders will ship promptly with customer satisfaction in mind. Return and Exchange Policy: All sales are final, however, I will gladly exchange your merchandise for another item of equal value within 30 days of expected USPS delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact me immediately upon receipt if an exchange is desired. I will then instruct you on procedure. Guarantee: We value your business, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will repair your piece of jewelry if it breaks within 60 days of purchase, free of charge. Please keep in mind that all beads and findings must be returned to fix the item. Shipping charges to send the item to us will not be reimbursed. |
